Shipping and return policies for URBNET

Shipping Info
We ship all small domestic and international parcels non-tracked air. Larger domestic parcels ship with tracking. If you are an international client requiring tracking and or additional padding than please leave a note with your purchase and or email us at info @urbnet.com so we can work out the additional costs associated with those requests.

We cannot be held responsible for delays associated with postal strikes or Holiday delays.

The customer is responsible for package loss if the parcel is shipped without tracking. We will try to resolve these issues on a case by case basis.

The customer is responsible for reshipping fees if they provided us with the incorrect address on the original order.

If your non-tracked parcel does not arrive after the maximum allowable time span given by the shipper we will try to resolve the problem once you contact us. ie. If a shipper gives the parcel a 7-21 shipping window, we will not take action until after the 21st day.

Return Policy
URBNET will exchange any defective Merchandise. Often we will request a photo of the defect to aid us resolving the problem with our manufacturer or shipping courier.
